I fell in love with Thao’s yoga right after my first class. Her yoga flows are unhurried, so you can enjoy the position and be challenged. The atmosphere of her class is accompanied with quiet relaxing music and candle lights. After her flow, I feel content, present and my mind slows down.


Thao is a kind spirit with a gentle soul. Her technique of teaching yoga is tailored to the level of the students in the class. She takes great care of creating flows that are suitable for her students. What I love the most is that she takes the time to observe her students, helps them with posture and provides advice to do the poses better. Her classes and yoga packages are highly recommended!


I joined a class of Vinyasa yoga with Thao. She has good vibe and leads the class in a calm, relaxing way. At the same time, I could feel the work on my body. There was a lot of focus on breathing too, which is so important. Highly recommended to anyone, beginners and advanced.


The yoga lesson with Thao was a wonderful experience. Her class was very well organized and she paid attention to all attendees. I specially enjoyed the breathing exercises at the beginning. Her voice was very calm and friendly so I felt very comfortable the whole time. Can’t wait for another class!
