How do I schedule a session?

To schedule a session, simply reach out to me via email or WhatsApp. We’ll coordinate to find a time that works best for you. If you need to reschedule, just let me know ahead of time, and we can adjust accordingly.

How do online sessions work?

We’ll use Google Meet for our sessions. It’s free, easy to use, and works in the browser, so you don’t have to install anything.

I’ll send you a link to join at your scheduled time. Just make sure your device’s camera and microphone are working, and set up in a quiet, comfortable space.

What if I have a specific health condition or injury?

Let me know about any health issues or injuries before we start. I’ll adapt the sessions to suit your needs, ensuring you have a safe and comfortable practice.

How do you customize the sessions for me?
